Shipping & Warranty information

We ship priority unregistered from nothern Europe. European deliveries may take up to a week, worldwide may take up to two weeks, or sometimes even more.

All of our laser bundles are legal to import, as they are not handheld lasers, but bundles of hardware and electronics. The same parts exists in DVD burners and other completely legal objects. However, assembly may not be legal in your country and Bitlasers.com are not responsible for whatever you might do to our products.

We are not responsible for packages lost in mail. If you wish to ship via insured and registered mail at an increased cost, please contact us after completing your order. Lost packages are very rare but it does happen.

Because of the nature of our self-assembly products, we can only offer a warranty of one month. Not included in the warranty are self-caused damage during assembly or other misuse. Follow the usage and assembly instructions carefully. Other products such as accessories have a warranty of three months from purchase. Purchases are final.

If your assembled laser does break, we can send replacement parts for the cost of parts only, which can vary from a few dollars to about half the cost of the laser. We also offer to purchase your broken or old lasers in aesthetically mint condition for salvaging parts. However, you must pay the cost of the shipment(s). Contact us for more information.
