Delivery Information
You have the choice of free unregistered mail by government post, and express shipping. The free shipping usually takes around 1-3 weeks to arrive in most countries, though sometimes there are further delays, especially outside Europe and the US. The free shipping method does not guarantee tracking all the way, and it is not insured. The express shipping method is handled by UPS, and typically takes at most a week anywhere in the world. The exact specifications of express shipping depends on your location and the size of the package, contact us for details or special requests.
We stocks the Helios DAC in warehouses in both Norway and USA. If the customer is located in the US, it will be shipped domestically. If the customer is located elsewhere in the world, it will be shipped from Norway.
NB: Prices on this website do not include VAT and thus you may be subject to extra charges on import.
Digital items such as LaserShowGen Pro will be delivered in the form of an email with a license key, sent within 12 hours of purchase.
Warranty and Returns
We offer a no-questions-asked money back guarantee if you wish to return an item within 14 days of completed delivery. These terms apply: 1) The item must be in a similar condition as you received it, and include all accessories such as cables. 2) You are responsible for return shipping and its costs.
We also offer a two year warranty against defects in our products.
